Start from a template
Eight templates get you past the blank page: information security, acceptable use, access control, incident response, backup, password, remote work and supplier policy. Each is available in English, Dutch, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Polish and fills in your company name and the policy owner. Edit freely, or attach your own document to a version instead.
Versions and approval
- A draft is submitted for approval; an approver approves it or returns it with a note.
- Published versions are numbered. A major version starts a new acknowledgement round; a minor version keeps the acknowledgements already given.
- Each policy has an owner, a category, a review interval and a next review date.
- Link a policy to the controls it supports, across frameworks, and see it in the same link graph as risks and processes.
- Export any version as PDF; retire a policy when it is replaced and restore it if needed.
Acknowledgement per person
Publish to everyone in the workspace, to chosen roles or to named people, with a due date. Each person sees the policies waiting for them and confirms the version they read. Dazr records who confirmed which version and when, plus the device and a keyed hash of the IP address, so it can be matched but not read back. Auditors see who and when, not the device or the hash.
Send a reminder with one click; after the due date, reminders go out weekly until everyone has confirmed. Export the acknowledgement list per version. Acknowledgement tracking is included in Pro and Enterprise.
