The questions customers ask
The trust page covers 59 questions in twelve groups that supplier questionnaires keep returning to: governance, certifications, access control, cryptography, continuity, incident response, vulnerability management, secure development, suppliers, data protection, people and logging.
Dazr suggests answers from what is already in your workspace, such as frameworks, completed controls, incidents and vendors. You confirm the suggestions in one go or write your own answer, and attach evidence where it helps.
Public, gated or internal
- Public answers are on the page for anyone with the link.
- Gated answers and documents (Enterprise) are shown after a visitor verifies their email and you approve the request. Access can be revoked at any time.
- Internal answers stay in the workspace, ready for the next questionnaire.
- The page shows your name and logo, an introduction, the frameworks in scope and the sub-processors you choose from the vendor register; it can be kept out of search engines.
Requests and views
See how often the page is viewed, who requested gated access and when they viewed it. Every change to an answer, every request and every approval is recorded in the activity log. Visitors can download the page as a PDF to attach to their own supplier file.
