Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One user and one framework (ISO 27001, GDPR or NIS2), with controls, evidence, email reminders, the incident register with its GDPR and NIS2 clocks and the dashboard. No card and no expiring trial. The risk register, Statement of Applicability, policies and the PDF audit trail start on Basic; auditor access starts on Pro.
Which frameworks are in which plan?
Free includes one of ISO 27001:2022, GDPR and NIS2, and Basic two of those. Pro includes five, adding NEN 7510, ISO 27701, ISO 22301 and SOC 2 to the choice. Enterprise includes all eleven: ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, NEN 7510, DORA, EU AI Act, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, SOC 2, BIO and PCI DSS.
What does GRC or compliance software cost?
It varies a lot. Enterprise GRC suites usually quote a one-off implementation plus a yearly licence. Dazr's prices are public: Free, Basic €29, Pro €99 and Enterprise €499 a month, excl. VAT, billed monthly and cancellable at any time. Custom is priced on request, on a contract.
Can Dazr build custom dashboards or integrations?
Yes, on request on the Custom tier: dashboards and reports around your own KPIs, connections to systems such as ticketing, HR or BI, and your own framework templates, built and maintained by the Dazr team. Scope and price are agreed per request. On Enterprise you can also build your own on the read-only REST API and HMAC-signed webhooks. See custom dashboards and integrations.
How does billing work?
Basic, Pro and Enterprise are billed monthly through Mollie. Every payment comes with a PDF VAT invoice; VAT follows your billing country, and EU businesses with a validated VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the paid period, or resume before it ends.
